1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
26 Regular Campfire marshmallows
½ cup milk chocolate chips, melted
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Add milk, butter, egg, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9” spring form pan. (If you don’t have a spring form pan, you can bake this in a 9” cake pan.)
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. If using a spring form pan, slide a knife around the sides to loosen, and remove ring.
Arrange marshmallows on top of the cake. Place back in the oven and broil 2 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden and toasted. Remove from oven.
Drizzle melted chocolate over marshmallows and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
Serve warm
